The Housing Ombudsman is calling for social housing residents to take part in a new survey, exploring common issues in housing maintenance.
The call for evidence has been issued to support their Spotlight report on repairs and maintenance, which will help the Ombudsman to make practical recommendations for improvement as well as sharing best practice.
We have been asked to share this information to make sure that you have the opportunity for your voice to be heard.
